Frontliners face staffing challenges

Many Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services (ACCHS) had more than 10 unfilled job positions, a majority had to reduce core services in the past 12 months due to staffing shortages, and a portion of workers reported putting in overtime daily to meet demand.

Red reflects the percentage of centres with more than 10 job vacancies, how many reported service reductions due to staff shortages, and how many workers consistently put in overtime.
