Feedback on VHA Outpatient Services2 (first half of fiscal 2021)

Data is from Q1 and Q2 fiscal 2021 follow-up surveys emailed to customers after they received outpatient services. Survey scale: 5-point Likert scale ranging from “strongly disagree” to “strongly agree.” Each category aggregates responses to multiple survey questions and represents the number of respondents who chose “agree” and “strongly agree” for those questions.
