Inheritance Doesn't Explain Much of Racial Wealth Gaps

Despite White people inheriting much more wealth on average than Black and Hispanic people, lifetime earnings, pensions, education, union membership, and other "human capital" factors play a much larger role in explaining why White people control disproportionately more wealth than other groups.
