There are homeless people in every state

In 16 states, there are fewer than 2,500 homeless people. In 10 states, there are between 2,500 and 4,999. In nine states and the District of Columbia, there are between 5,000 and 9,999. In 10 states, there are between 10,000 and 30,000. New York and California have the most, with 92,000 and 151,000 respectively.
