Alabama ICE arrests, month by month

A growing number of Alabama immigrants were taken into custody during the beginning of President Donald Trump's second term. In recent months, more and more detainees were arrested on non-criminal charges.

Non-criminal arrests include people who were picked up on immigration charges without convictions or pending criminal charges. Data is updated as of July 28, 2025.
