English learner proficiency in CHCCS

The percentage of ESL students meeting progress goals or testing out of the service declined from the 2018-19 school year to 2020-21.

NOTE: In the 2020-21 school year, only 49 percent of students were tested. Across the state, less than 5 percent met progress goals or exited.
