Where rent has increased and decreased across the country

Sacramento has seen one of the largest increases in Zillow's Observed Rent Index of the last year at 7.5%. Riverside joins Sacramento near the top of the chart, while San Francisco, San Jose and the Los Angeles area have seen some of largest decreases in rent pricing.
