Pa. COVID-19 Cases Rising in Four out of Six Regions

Cases per 100,000 residents are up this week in many counties across Pennsylvania, rising around 30% in both the North Central and Northeast regions. The Southeast and Southwest regions, which include Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, are each up around 10%. Cases were steady in the South Central region and dropped 20% in the Northwest.
