Civil servant satisfaction with aspects of their working experience, 2010–23

A series of nine line charts from the Institute for Government, each showing the trend in civil servants' satisfaction with a different aspect of their working experience between 2010 and 2023. Satisfaction has tracked upwards in most areas. Exceptions are satisfaction with pay and benefits, which is consistently low at around 25%, and leadership and managing change, which has decreased for three consecutive years.
