How gun violence has affected different racial groups in Texas

Asian Texans have had the lowest rates of gun homicide and suicide compared with other racial groups over the last two decades, while Black Texans have died from gun homicides and white Texans have died from gun suicides at significantly higher rates. Hispanic Texans fell in the middle on both measures. This shows average gun deaths per 100,000 people.
