Penalized at the Park

Since the Clarkston City Council passed laws restricting camping to Foster Park from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., police have issued 29 citations. The most frequent is trespassing, a misdemeanor that could carry up to 90 days in jail and a $1,000 fine.
