Once they leave, they can be hard to track. That’s especially true to students who live and work overseas. That may be one reason 38 of the Top 52 MBA programs didn’t report base pay for overseas graduates in 2021 – including Harvard Business School, Northwestern Kellogg, Berkeley Haas, and Dartmouth Tuck. Among programs ranked below the Top 20, just two business school submitted data on international student pay. Overall, NYU Stern and Stanford GSB grads earned the highest bases at $144,056 and $139,004 respectively. These schools also claimed the highest starting bonuses, led by a Stanford GSB grad at $240K and a Stern grad at $230K.
