Potential revenues for other taxing bodies after planned TIF expirations

When TIFs expire, local taxing bodies can "recapture" revenues that had been locked up in those districts by taxing "new" value. Here are the city's estimates for how much local taxing bodies can capture if they each choose to increase their property tax levies by the maximum legal amount. Those hikes wouldn't increase property taxes, it would just move them over to those other bodies instead of the TIF.
