Nine Plots, Four Conglomerates, Two Fates

Gare Palma coal mines are divided into nine plots across four sectors. Although mounting public opposition successfully led to the pause of the development of Sector I (bottom), the Adani Group's planned Sector II, by far the largest remaining plot, has seen no signs of stopping.
