High air toxic hazards at Kanawha Valley schools 

The schools below all rank in the first percentile nationally in average toxic air hazard, driven largely by ethylene oxide at Union Carbide facilities in Institute and South Charleston, per a newly published analysis of United States Environmental Protection Agency data:
