WARM WINTER MONTHS

Two of the three months of the meteorological winter (December 2015 through February 2016) were warmer than normal in New Jersey. December 2015 was the state's warmest December on record, with temperatures averaging 47.8 degrees, compared to the normal average of 35.6 degrees.
