Military-related goods entering Israel by country or self-governing territory of origin

Military-related goods originating from at least 52 countries and self-governing territories entered Israel between October 2023 and October 2025. The United States, India and Romania were the three largest countries of origin, accounting for a combined $673.5m* in imports.

*US dollar equivalents were calculated using the average shekel-to-US dollar exchange rate from October 2023 to October 2025, based on OECD monthly average daily exchange-rate data via FRED. Original values are recorded in Israeli shekels, as reported in Israel Tax Authority import data.

The investigation examined Israeli import records for goods classified under HS chapter 93 (arms, military-related and bullet-related) and code 87100000 (tanks and other armoured fighting vehicles and their parts), according to Israel’s customs codebook.
