Kindergarten measles vaccination rates by California county

Sixteen California counties have fallen below the herd immunity threshold (95%) for measles, raising the risk of future outbreaks. Measles, mumps, rubella (MMR) vaccination rates represent the percentage of kindergartners who have received at least two doses of the vaccine.

* MMR immunization rates in Modoc and Sierra counties were at least 99% and 95%, respectively. Exact rates were not reported due to the low number of kindergarten enrollees.
