To be eligible, you must:
- Be a Singapore citizen or permanent resident aged 21 and above*
- Have earned an average of $5,000 or less per month in the last 12 months
- Live in a residential property with an annual value of $25,000 or less
- Be actively looking for a job
- Have been employed for at least six months in the past 12 months
- Have been unemployed for at least a month
- Not have received any payout from the scheme in the preceding three years

*Singapore citizens are eligible for the scheme from April 2025. PRs are eligible from the first quarter of 2026.
