Formation of the Future Proud Michigan Educator LAUNCH project team with the support of the R8CC.	Expansion of the Future Proud Michigan Educator initiative to encompass CTE and a focus on early childhood or out-of-school time education.	Establishment of the redesigned pathways in CTE programs across the state.
Collaboration among four different offices from two divisions within the MDE.	Formation of the LAUNCH project team and establishment of an advisory group.	Introduction of the R8CC’s support, leading to increased LAUNCH project team knowledge and a better understanding of project team roles and responsibilities.
Recognition of the potential of GYO programs like LAUNCH to address educator shortages.	Virtual meetings held for the redesign and initial implementation of pathways due to the effects of COVID-19.
