Plan to relocate northwest Fresno Costco delayed

Plans to relocate the west Fresno Costco were delayed Thursday after Councilmember Mike Karbassi renewed questions about potential traffic and safety issues associated with the new location. If approved, Costco would vacate the West Shaw location and reopen a larger store farther north, at West Herndon and Riverside Drive.
