Comparing apartment affordability for retail workers

Retail workers in the Philadelphia metro area would need to make twice as much to afford the typical apartment. The gap between what retail workers make and what they need to make to afford an apartment is largest in the New York metro and smallest in the Cleveland metro, according to Redfin's analysis of populous metros.
