This chart plots the average priority score and average feasibility score for various pandemic preparedness strategies related to data and technology. The scores are from a survey of experts who ranked each strategy on a scale of 1 to 5. For nearly every strategy, priority received a higher score than feasibility, but to varying degrees. For example, create a more robust system for raising the alarm about emerging health crises received a priority score of 4.7 out of 5, and a feasibility score of 4.2 out of 5; augment funding and research for artificial intelligence analytics technology received a priority score of 3.6 and a feasibility score of 3.8.
