Extensive means at least 2 tiers for both Wyscout aggregate data & Opta event data. | Advanced means at least the top tier for both Wyscout & Opta, with (+) noting extra Wyscout tiers. | Good Aggregate means at least 2 tiers of Wyscout coverage, with (+) denoting 3 tiers. | Basic Aggregate means just the top tier is covered by Wyscout. | Event means I have no Wyscout data but the top tier of Opta data (only the case for Venezuela). | Countries not shown on the map...
