Football fans are split on introducing "blue card" sin-bins to the game

A new "blue card" will reportedly be introduced to professional football alongside the existing yellow and red cards. The card will allow referees to remove a player from the field for 10 minutes if they commit a cynical foul (i.e. one intentionally committed to prevent a promising attack) or dissent. Receiving two blue cards, or a combination of one blue and one yellow card, would result in a red card and see the player sent off for the rest of the game.
