About Half of Voters Say They Feel Knowledgeable About Redistricting, But That Varies Across Groups

Respondents were asked whether they felt like they know enough to join the conversation when someone is talking about “gerrymandering” or “how voter maps are drawn,” and answers varied across different demographic groups.

For example, voters with higher educational attainment felt more knowledgable; men felt more knowledgeable than women; and higher-income voters felt more knowledgeable.
