Black, Latino and Native college grads saw less benefit

The number of Black, Latino, Native American and Alaska Native graduates from Ohio colleges and universities increased after the introduction of a performance-based funding policy intended to boost their graduation rates. But the number of white and Asian graduates increased even more.
