ICE arrests have been concentrated in southern NH and areas with 287(g) agreements

There have been 429 ICE arrests in the state since January 2025. Police departments with 287(g) agreements carried out 51 of those arrests; ICE officers arrested 366 people and out-of-state-agencies arrested 12.
