In Operations, the biggest returns were gained by Harvard Business School graduates. On average, HBS snagged $206,750 in base on average. However, this number is misleading. Just 6 HBS grads chose Operations-focused jobs in 2022 – and the number is further skewed by one grad earning $333,000 to start. Wharton School ranked 2nd in Operations pay at $160,585, but this average is again based on 13 hires. MIT Sloan represents a more accurate look at Operations pay. Their 33 grads averaged $146,484 in base pay. Overall, there were six schools whose graduates made $140K-$147K in base pay (Not counting Dartmouth Tuck at $139K). On the high side, one UNC Kenan-Flagler grad earned $250K to start.
