Table 6 shows the minimum and maximum salaries for the first-level supervisor classifications for the different organizations involved in the Unit 9 Salary Survey. The State of California first-level supervisor position is Sr. Transportation Engineer and has a minimum salary of $10,886 and a maximum salary of $13,625. Many of the organizations in the Unit 9 Salary Survey have a higher minimum salary and a higher maximum salary for their first-level supervisor classification than the State.
