Controlling for Other Factors, Educational Attainment Was the Biggest Difference in Callback Rates
The percentage of fictitious resumes with different levels of educational attainment, and with or without AmeriCorps service experience listed, that received callbacks from hiring managers in our experiment.
Note:For both the the high school sample and the bachelor's degree sample, the difference in the callback rates between the service and no-service resumes was not statistically significant.
