The Swiss Abroad voted like the rest of the country on the cash initiative
Result of the vote on March 8, 2026, on the popular initiative "Yes to a free and independent Swiss currency in coin and banknote form (cash is freedom)", for the Swiss Abroad and for the electorate as a whole.
