Residents in shrinking places recognize problems in a decline in local business establishments
Standard errors in parentheses. "Decline in Establishments" is a boolean where 1 indicates the respondent reported that the number of restaurants, stores, and entertainment options in their community decreased a little or a lot over the previous 10 years. "Decline in Businesses" similarly takes the value of 1 if respondents report that the number of businesses in their community decreased a little or a lot over the previous 10 years. "Insufficient Investment" takes the value of 1 if the respondent agreed with the statement that a lack of investment is a major or minor problem in their community.
