East Grand Forks School District Referendum Question 2

Should the school board issue $26.4 million in building bonds? Funds would go toward safety and security enhancements and infrastructure improvements, and taxes would increase by $18 per month on a $300,000 home. Question 2 is contingent on the passage of Question 1.
