Graph of the number of people who would be lifted out of poverty by the Canada Disability Benefit at different annual amounts if it is limited to recipients of the Disability Tax Credit compared with the number lifted out of poverty if it also includes recipients of the Canada Pension Plan Disability Benefit and disability streams of provincial social assistance. At all CDB annual amounts the number is substantially lower if limited to the DTC, and the difference becomes more pronounced as the CDB annual amount increases.
