Why Washington teachers were disciplined by the state's oversight agency, 2015-2025

Each year, Washington’s K-12 education oversight agency receives complaints from superintendents across the state regarding potential professional misconduct issues. Of the teachers added to the state's misconduct database in the last decade, 46% of them were added due to sexual misconduct, according to an InvestigateWest analysis.
