Two Midwest staples -- Chicago Booth and Northwestern Kellogg -- round out the Top 5 with the 2020 graduates averaging $150,488 and $146,325 in base pay respectively. The region has been high growth, as Chicago Booth, Northwestern Kellogg, Dartmouth Tuck, Michigan Ross, Georgetown McDonough, Washington Olin, and Notre Dame Mendoza grads all seeing base pay rise by $20K or more over the past five years. That said, the highest paycheck belonged to a Harvard Business School grad at $350K followed by a Booth grad at $250K.
