The budget is organized into two phases with Project Management Labor consisting of SUNY, Town of Babylon, Town of Brookhaven and New York State, which are marking in shades of blue, and by forming Technical Working Groups, including Demolition Debris Reduction and Recycling Management, Ash Reduction Recycling Management, Transportation, Climate Action Initiatives, Environmental Justice, Economics, and Legal, which are color-coded.
