The figure is a line graph. There are two lines, one black and one purple. The purple line is of real property values in East Winston and the black line is of property value estimates for the rest of Forsyth County. The graph clearly shows that property values plummet during the Great Recession of 2007-2009. Values in the rest of the county have since recovered, but not in East Winston.
