SFPD officers' use of private security program has plateaued after a pre-pandemic rise

San Francisco police officers are working fewer 10(b) hours per officer after explosive growth pre-pandemic.  

Hours are based on fiscal year, and year marked is the end of the fiscal year. For example, the 2022 to 2023 fiscal year is counted as 2023. The total number of hours worked per year was divided by the number of full-duty sworn officers working that year.
