The top 10 hottest markets for 2026

Zillow ranked the country's 50 most-populous metros based on competitiveness and home value growth to forecast which housing markets will be the hottest this year. The Philadelphia metro made the top-10 list again this year, but it dropped one spot from last year's forecast.
