Compensation Has Risen Since Start Of Pandemic, But Not as Much as Inflation

2021 has seen all of the compensation gains for workers eroded by inflation.

Total compensation from Employment Cost Index for all civilian workers in all industries and occupations, seasonally-adjusted. Inflation is seasonally-adjusted Consumer Price Index for all items averaged for each quarter.
