Quarterly change in Auckland resale losses since 2012

Auckland’s gross median resale loss retreated during boom years (in Q2 2016 it was just $5000 and in 2021 the average was $24,000) but the most recent downturn has seen the median loss spike to $80,000 (Q2 2023). It is now sitting at just over $50,000.
