Between late June 2013 and November 2022, records seen by HumAngle showed that the morgue at the Borno State Specialist Hospital received 4,127 bodies from security agents, about 80 per cent of which came from the Nigerian Army. Most of the bodies were received between 2013 and 2014 and then again in 2016 and 2017.
