Measles cases in 2025

The U.S. has recorded more than 100 measles cases so far in 2025. Texas is ground zero. Hover over the states to see reported case counts.

Florida and Texas measles case counts are based on state health department data and are current as of March 6, 2025. All other state case counts are based on the CDC's Feb. 28, 2025 update, the most recent data available. The federal health agency says cases reported in the state of New York were recorded in New York City.
