The People's Depot, an alternative bottle drop, could move

Hundreds of people, many of them homeless, use the “alternative” can redemption site to get immediate cash payouts for their collected cans. The new bottle bill allows grocery stores within up to 3.5 miles of the site to shut down their can redemption programs.
