Estimated residential market values in Chicago, 2021 v. 2024

Cook County Assessor Fritz Kaegi is just over halfway through the reassessment for Chicago. Median values for all Chicago townships and residential property types are up this year compared to 2021, but especially for condos and apartments in Hyde Park and Lake View. Valuations for the bottom three townships are still to come. Fresh values won't be reflected on tax bills until 2025.
