Farmers in most Wisconsin counties hired workers through the H-2A program in 2025
Thousands of seasonal workers, most from Mexico, arrived in Wisconsin between January and September of this year, and still more arrived ahead of the fall harvest season. Most farms hired fewer than 10 workers through the H-2A program, but several in central Wisconsin hired more than 50.
