Free clinic and needle exchange

A free medical clinic and needle exchange program has operated every Saturday afternoon for 25 years near Fresno's Roeding Park. It will relocate to the Fresno County Health Department offices in downtown Fresno under a two-year pilot program approved in September 2023.
