If Connecticut has extra money, what should it do with it?

Connecticut is projected to have a budget surplus of more than $3 billion this year. In response, the state could increase spending in areas such as education and healthcare, pay down long-term debt, or cut taxes for Connecticut residents. A recent Wesleyan SurveyLab poll asked voters which option they would most prefer.
